Sales Coordinator

SALES COORDINATOR 12 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (Experience in CPG or beauty required) . Position Overview The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the Account Manager, Prestige Beauty to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are made available as they relate to Customer Service, Marketing and other internal and external clients. Within this fast-paced, dynamic team environment, this position will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all paperwork due to our key Prestige accounts. Responsibilities/Key Tasks Liaise with retailers and prepare documentation for vendor worksites for new products, promotional items and price changes. Assist in the preparation of allocation files for promotional activity. Maintain promotional update information by customer and tracks purchase orders for these programs. Follow-up and resolve missing information or issues on purchase orders within established deadlines. Responsible for customer vendor portals, paperwork issues, pricing, order flow, return/discontinuation form and maintaining the company order form. Works in collaboration with the Account Manager, Prestige Beauty on changes and updates to customer orders and allocations, including order generation and uploads. Involvement and understanding of marketing initiatives & program timelines to ensure seamless execution in the customer environment. Assist with the development of presentations and customer meeting preparations. Responsible for assisting with New Store Opening paperwork and support items, as well as tracking testers and follow up on fixture issues. Working closely with the Account Manager, Prestige Beauty to ensure that all planogram paperwork is submitted to the customer and stores according to deadlines. Assist in completing advertising requests: this could include securing samples, sending product information or images for promotional or flyer activity. Partners closely with the Marketing team to retrieve the proper and approved images and copy for flyer and promotional activity. Assist with the monitoring of key business drivers and in tracking and sending reports on the following: Retail sales plans, events, flyer and promotional results, retail sales, and ad hoc reports. Proven ability to plan and execute while managing multiple priorities with an ability to set goals and prioritize amount many important projects. Strong written and verbal skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with multifunction stakeholders and posses excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership to resolve issues. Must be a self-starter, high energy, multi-task oriented, and team player. Must be capable of independent problem solving and resolution. Ability to anticipate, respond to and accept change. Requirements:

1. University degree or college diploma in Business Administration / Marketing
2. Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel including formulations such as VLOOKUP, ROUNDUP, PIVOT TABLES etc.
