Centre manager / nominated supervisor

We are seeking a highly driven Centre Manager who will assist and guide our team to strive for high quality, supportive relationships between children, families, colleagues and Management alike. Our number one goal is to provide a remarkable, memorable, trusted and enriching learning and caring environment for each child in our care. Our organization nurtures a warm, welcoming environment whereby Educators are supported and encouraged to reach their professional goals and continue to expand on their knowledge and skills base. The successful applicant will hold a minimum Diploma of Children's Services qualification (or equivalent) and will have experience in leadership, guiding and mentoring staff. Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework is a requirement of this position. Key duties for this role will include but are not limited to: Guiding, mentoring and fostering a supportive environment for Educators. Leading, inspiring and supporting the team to strive for exceptional standards of care and education. Ensure the service is compliant in all areas of relevant legislation and regulations. Ongoing commitment to strive for excellent outcomes through the service Quality Improvement Plans. Contribute to maintaining service budgets. Facilitating open communication and positive relationships with families and the local community. Setting service goals and supporting Educators to achieve these. Role modelling appropriate and ethical professional attitudes at all times. Selection Criteria for this Role: Previous experience as Nominated Supervisor / Director / Centre Manager. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Understanding of CCS processes. Current Working with Children Check. Commitment to highest standards of education and care.
