Job Description: What you'll be doing, You’ll be hands-on with all aspects of the systems testing process, Automation & Manual process and provide suggestions that will ensure client needs are met with the highest quality. As a Senior Test Coordinator, you’ll be a team lead on the Technology team, assigning and overseeing the execution of test cases and providing coaching to your team members. You’ll create test plans, develop strategies, and provide estimates that will help create the bank of the future. Skills Needed:
- 8-10 years of QA experience in the banking/financial preferably in FX domain.
- Good hands-on experience in SQL.
- QA experience in leading QA for cloud migration projects is a plus.
- Good experience in STLC and SDLC. Working experience in Agile Scrum setup is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading 5-10 members (Offshore/onshore model) and conducting test lead activities.
- Good communication (Verbal & Written) is a must with proven experience in producing various QA status reports.
- ISTQB, CSM, PMI ACI/PMP certification is a plus.
- Prior working experience in automation (Selenium/UFT) is a plus.
