Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing our social media accounts, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various social platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis of trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to enhance strategy.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online relationships.
- Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns (organic and paid) to achieve KPIs.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Paid Media & Ads Management:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Set up targeting, budgets, and bids to ensure optimal ad performance and ROI.
- Social Media Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Use insights to improve and optimize social media strategies.
- Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, PR, and Sales to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
