Vacancy: Customer Success Representative Basic Salary: 3500 to 4500 Company: Labiib Solutions Location: Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia About Us: Labiib Solutions is a leading provider of innovative smart home and technology integration solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, client representatives, and contractors in both Arabic and English.
  3. Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and address any concerns.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding project status.
  6. Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Qualifications:
  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
