Job Summary :

Defining requirements and quality standards for construction projects and communicating them with projects stakeholders, as well as managing contracts and monitoring contractors' execution of projects, whilst ensuring adherence to quality standards. In addition to supervising project closeout activities and ensuring proper compliance of projects' deliverables with set requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Comparing contractor bids and nominating options that best fit Leejam's construction projects.

Defining technical requirements for construction projects and communicating them with project stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of deliverables' nature.

Setting quality standards and targets for construction projects to align deliverables with stakeholders' requirements and expectations, and ensuring achieving these standards and targets.

Providing Project Planner with estimates of costs, durations, resources, etc. concerned with construction projects in coordination with the Project Design Supervisor.

Managing contracts and monitoring contractors' execution of construction projects, ensuring meeting project's preset timeline, budget and resources throughout the implementation, whilst ensuring compliance to Leejam's policies and related national laws.

Supervising the timely completion of tasks and milestones upon agreed plans, while assessing execution adherence to quality standards.

Monitoring and reporting the actual progress of ongoing construction projects to the related parties, highlighting any deviations in the execution.

Reviewing risk reports regarding construction projects and ensuring proper development of mitigation and contingency plans.

Supervising projects closeout activities and ensuring proper compliance of projects' deliverables with set requirements and quality standards.

Keeping abreast of the latest updates on related laws and regulations that may affect Leejam's projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

3 - 5 years of civil engineering experience
