As a Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of our technology platforms, including our eCommerce platform, order management system, product information management, fulfillment management, and delivery systems. This position combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. You will work within a tech team operating a modern agile process, including continuous deployment, DevOps culture, and regular retrospectives. The team follows a microservice architecture using React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, and RabbitMQ, running on a containerized platform with Amazon ECS. Responsibilities: Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable software solutions across the stack and throughout the product, order, and customer lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to define project requirements and deliverables. Write technical proposals and influence product decisions to address business challenges. Identify and resolve technical issues, proactively address technical debt, and ensure smooth project execution. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, testing, and on-call support rotations. Qualifications: Track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects to production and expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems. Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Experience with event-driven architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, test runners (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Sinon), and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Advanced English communication skills for effective collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
