We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our clients' GOOD-rated 2-bed EBD children's home in Derby DE3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Our home provides 24/7 care, 365 days a year, creating a nurturing, stable, and welcoming environment for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). We offer medium to long-term placements and can accommodate emergency admissions on a pre-planned basis. Your leadership will be key to ensuring the highest standards of care and promoting the well-being and safety of the young people in our care. With a new home currently being renovated and looking to open within the next few months, you will be overseeing the operations for both homes. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and children's home standards
- Promote a nurturing and supportive environment for young people
- Manage and support staff to deliver high-quality care
- Oversee care plans and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
