About the Role We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Manager to nurture and grow our developer community for the RAS open-source platform . This role is centered around creating meaningful relationships, providing valuable resources, and fostering a sense of unity and collaboration among developers. As a Community Manager , you will serve as the face of the RAS platform, engaging with robotics developers across online and offline spaces. Your mission is to build and sustain a vibrant RAS community that supports developers in using and contributing to the platform. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy, both online and offline. Represent the RAS platform in developer forums, online platforms, and events, offering resources and fostering relationships.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as hackathons, meetups, and webinars to enhance engagement and strengthen community ties.
Manage a content calendar for community engagement, including blogs, Q&A sessions, and technical webinars.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members to foster collaboration and mentorship within the developer community.
Use analytics to measure community health and growth, applying data-driven strategies to enhance engagement. Qualifications
Proven experience in community management, ideally within open-source or developer-focused environments. Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build and sustain strong relationships. Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and data analysis for community growth.
Experience planning and executing both online and offline events.
Strong understanding of developer communities, with the ability to engage effectively across various platforms. Personal Traits : Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
