Senior Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs professional at Arboreal in Lucknow. The role involves tasks such as quality control, quality assurance, quality management, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and quality auditing to ensure compliance and high standards in food ingredient manufacturing, sourcing and fulfillment. Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, standards, and guidelines such as FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal etc.
• Draft COA, MSDS and Specs Documentations for our Manufactured Ingredient Systems.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure product conformity to specifications and customer requirements.
• Provide training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hygiene & Sanitation practices to employees.
• Design, Implement and Monitor high quality SOPs for our production processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Food Quality Assurance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or Master's degree (MS/M.Sc) in Food Technology.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management System (FSMS), HACCP principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Experience with FOSTAC, export import documentation and regulatory affairs procedures is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Good work ethics.

Prior experience of handling FSSC, ISO, Kosher, Halal and US FDA Audits is a strong plus. Prior experience of working in precision manufacturing setups like Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals and Flavors is a plus. What we offer
