About the Role: We’re looking for a talented and motivated SEO Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team and help us drive sustainable growth! As an SEO Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our online visibility through strategic keyword research, content optimization, and user interaction analysis, all while aligning with our commitment to sustainability. This is a three-month probationary period offering a salary 20,000 INR, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance evaluation. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth. Analyze search trends, competition, and identify target keywords to optimize website content.
• Optimize website pages (including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content) to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies that align with target keywords and audience interests.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Analyze and optimize website technical aspects, such as site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and crawlability to ensure search engines can easily index the website.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track website performance, analyze traffic patterns, and create regular reports with actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Regularly conduct SEO audits to assess and resolve on-page and off-page issues, ensuring the website remains optimized for search engines.
• Work with the design and development teams to ensure that the website’s structure, layout, and content are user-friendly and align with SEO best practices.
• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
• Work with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.

• Work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar digital marketing role.
• Expertise in Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with keyword research and management tools. 
• Experience with email campaigns and paid advertising.
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• BSc in Marketing or relevant diploma.
