- Manage and coordinate complex interview schedules efficiently by liaising with Hiring managers, interviewers, and hiring managers to facilitate seamless interview processes
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure timely collection and alignment of candidate feedback from interviewers. Proactively raise any issues regarding feedback not being provided and work to resolve them.
- Communicate with candidates at every step of the recruiting process
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Are available for full-time (In-Office) internships
- Are available for a duration of 3 months
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
- Paid Internship with PPO opportunity
- The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off.
