Job Overview: As the SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our coworking spaces reach the right audiences and convert them into leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to align SEM strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEM/PPC marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
