Qatar Living is looking for an analytical Product Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our products from conception to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, set product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Need to have a solid understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to develop and deliver successful products that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for the development and management of our website and mobile apps, ensuring they align with our overall product strategy and provide a seamless user experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) and business units to develop product strategy, roadmap, and prioritize features.Co-ordinate with third-party vendors including the mobile app development team.Responsible for the technology development of the Events website and coordination with the development team.Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to ensure alignment with company objectives and business unit goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Develop and maintain product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized and refined based on customer feedback, data, and insights.Work with software developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, features, and enhancements using Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum.Lead sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and sprint delivery.Define and monitor key product metrics, and use data to make informed product decisions.Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, business units, stakeholders, and leadership.Build strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and drive customer satisfaction.Oversee the development and management of our website and mobile apps, ensuring they align with our overall product strategy and provide a seamless user experience.Work with UX/UI designers to ensure our website and mobile apps are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet customer needs.Develop and execute A/B testing and other user research initiatives to continuously improve the website and mobile app experience.Ensure website and mobile apps are optimized for search engines and have strong SEO strategies in collaboration with the SEO software developer.Continuously evaluate and improve products, based on feedback and data.Desired Skills & ExperienceRequired skills and qualifications6 years and more experience in a dynamic product management role.Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.Preferred skills and qualificationsPrevious experience in software and web development.Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role.Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising.
