About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Finance Lead to join our team. This critical role supports the General Manager and Board of Trustees in ensuring robust financial stewardship and sustainability. You will oversee financial operations, deliver strategic insights, and contribute to our long-term goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Prepare bi-monthly financial reports and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure compliance with tax and legislative requirements.
  • Lead the preparation of external audit documentation and oversee month-end reconciliations.
About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Membership (or eligibility) with CAANZ, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.
