Job Description
- Receive project file from engineering department once project is being awarded
- Review all project data received from engineering department
- Issue and send periodically, a Gantt chart which includes all project activates, half monthly report, to territory managers every two weeks, update and send work up sheets accordingly
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‐time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Electrical, Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 1 year of experience in project management (preferably in similar business reciprocating engines-based power plant)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Theoretical and practical training on suppliers' products & systems
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Package (Excel, Project & etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
- Able to work independently and with other team members
- Manage conflict, solve problems and mediate between different interests of multiple stakeholders
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
