Job Description
- Assist with the smooth running of the F&B department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout.
- Lead, mentor, and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
- Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, dietary needs, and special requirements.
- Assist in the induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift.
- Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Great communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Food safety and alcohol service certification.
