Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Communications / Public Relations

Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications / Public Relations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communications strategy. This role is crucial for enhancing the corporate brand and managing communications for our diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a robust network of media contacts to the table. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the corporate brand and individual brand objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with mainstream and digital media, ensuring proactive and positive media coverage. Craft and pitch compelling stories that highlight Busy Bees Asia’s mission, values, and achievements. Oversee external communications with partners, sponsors, and parents, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align Public Relations strategies with overall marketing goals. Manage crisis communications and act as a spokesperson for the organization when necessary. Monitor media trends and provide insights to adapt and innovate our communication strate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Public Relations/Communications, with a preference for candidates with Public Relations agency experience. Proven track record in developing and executing successful Public Relations campaigns. Extensive network of media contacts across mainstream and digital/social media. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging and impactful stories. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in handling external communications with various stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and parents.
