Responsibilities: Produce all products at the right quality level on time in full. Maintain the safety of people, condition of equipment and site in the highest standard. Ensure a safe work environment is maintained for all staff. Ensure the plan received from the production planner is produced as per the quality expectation of the customer and management. All orders to be serviced on time and in full. Maximize utility of machinery efficiency as per the rated speeds. Develop Standard Operating Conditions related to product types, sizes, and grammages and ensure the same is uniform across operations. OEE monitoring to be implemented and reported. Achieve and maintain a level Management & Operations
