Customer Officer (Shatin / Tuen Mun)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. Job Opportunity 1. Customer Officer  (Korean / Japanese Speaking), Full-time/ Part-time – Sha Tin

• Shift duty within 09:00 - 00:00
• TOPIK level 4 or above in Korean / N2 level or above in Japanese in both written and spoken  
• Handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events

2. Customer Officer (Live Chat / Email) – Sha Tin

• Shift duty within 14:00 - 00:00

3. Customer Officer (Day / Night / Overnight Shift) - Sha Tin

• Shift duty within 09:00 - 19:00 / 15:00 - 00:00 / 21:00 - 06:00

4. Customer Officer - Tuen Mun

• Shift duty within 09:00 - 19:00 / 14:00 - 00:00

Your role

• Handle customers’ inquiries via phone calls and multi digital channels, e.g live-chat, email, social media to ensure customers' satisfaction
• Timely escalate to Unit Manager when the case is beyond his/her knowledge and authority or requested by customers
• Identify opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented manner
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Knowledge of common PC software applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of mobile products and services & willingness to perform sales duties will be an advantage
