[Job ID: 765936] Responsibilities: Understanding the in-house Technical Guideline to support developers Supporting Developers and QCs as a Bridge Engineer Day-to-day technical support and translation of IT technical documents Proficient in in-house tools and IT systems, providing key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region, particularly with call center systems. Requirements: Minimum 5+ yrs experience in project management within a software development environment with project roadmap , project planning , project deliverables , and team management (especially offshore teams and onsite teams ) Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)※Daily communication with the Japanese headquarters and understanding of requirements are essential MUST have deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies MUST experience in Microservice Architecture and Highly Availability Architecture for Enterprise Workloads Ability to evaluate technical proposals and architecture diagrams Experience in Web development (web application & web services) with Javascript Stacks ( Node JS, Express JS, React JS, Vue JS, SQL, NoSQL ) Experience in cloud development i.e AWS, GCP Familiarity with common project management tools (Jira and Confluence) Experience of the working in Call Center as operator and supervisor , or a strong understanding of Call Center Operation If you are interested in the role, please feel free to contact me at cv_madoka@goodjobcreations.com.sg .
