Key Responsibilities:Credit Assessment & Underwriting:- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and ensure all credit assessments align with established credit principles of the Company and NBFCs guidelines.- Conduct financial analysis, risk profiling, and prepare underwriting reports for decision-making.- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new NBFCs partners to expand credit offerings.- Act as a liaison between Officebanao and NBFC partners for seamless credit operations.- Process exception approvals for customers who fall outside standard credit parameters.- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and NBFC partners to ensure compliance and minimize risks.- Recommend updates to credit policies based on market trends and partner inputs.Desired Profile Education:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in credit assessment, underwriting, or a similar role in an NBFC or financial institution.- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
