Your role Based in Auckland and reporting to the Trade Sales Manager, this full-time permanent position sees you working with a leading brand in a strong market position primarily within the architectural community. You will use your relationship-building skills and commercial acumen to drive growth of the specification of our suite of products. Day to day, you'll put your people & networking skills to the test, liaising with existing & new influential stakeholders within the specification sector to drive, secure, raise awareness and uptake of our solutions to specifiers, developers, and industry influencers. Ideally, you will already have a profile with architects, and creating meaningful connections is your forte. Your ability to intuitively understand others' interests and communication styles makes you adept at establishing strong relationships. Benefits

- Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other purchasing influences in the commercial market industry
- Understand architecture, design, and the construction process with the ability to read and interpret plans and a strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Confident, resilient, and flexible with a positive and motivated attitude and clear group presentation skills
- Have excellent sales skills but more importantly, you will be an active listener who works hard to understand the technical needs and design challenges our specification partners face and add value at every interaction
