IHRE NEUE HERAUSFORDERUNG

Responsible for the overall production process by planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with agreed company goals on quantity, quality, costs and safety.

Managing a team of Shift Managers and Team Leaders.

Providing leadership for the logistics, materials, supply chain and planning functions within the manufacturing site.

Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization.

Continuously improving on technology and manufacturing processes and further implementing a mentality of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Operations Manager.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or similar.

Relevant track record and work experience in food or dairy manufacturing, preferably in a FMCG company.

Knowledge of industry best in class standards and continuous improvement processes.

High level leadership, decision making and training skills.

Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment.

Personal skills: high performance drive, flexible, direct communication, decisive and result driven.
