Brand Partnerships Sales Manager – Streetstyle Lifestyle Publisher for Gen Z and Millennials Base Salary: £40 - £55K + comms Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office) Background: I’m working with a cutting-edge independent lifestyle media owner agenda setting content across several audience verticals primarily Gen Z in the sports, lifestyle, music, and streetwear scene. Due to high growth and doing some fantastic award-winning campaigns, my client is looking to bring in a hungry and dynamic Partnership Sales Manager who has experience selling branded content partnerships, understands social video and influencer marketing, and has experience and/or a black book of contacts selling to UK Media Agency departments and brands direct in London and mainland Europe. A good understanding of Gen Z youth culture is essential for success in this role. Candidate Attributes:

• Black book of key marketing and media decision-makers at Big 6 media agencies and/or brands
• Track record of selling branded content and partnerships especially routed in social
• A hunter in terms of sales style, someone who can be inventive and proactive in order to engineer new opportunities and drive the pipeline growth through activity and intelligent pitching of ideas that clients find compelling
• The ability to work collaboratively in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Coachable, curious, and resilient
• Commercial acumen in terms of trading, negotiating, and constructing profitable sales pitches
• Proven high-billing sales track record of hitting and smashing revenue targets
