Corporate Sales Manager – Melbourne CBD Iconic Hotel Salary: $120K - $130K + Bonus We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Manager to join a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This role focuses on growing our corporate market across Melbourne and interstate, with a key emphasis on securing new business for the wide range of function and exhibition facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market, targeting local and interstate clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, nurturing relationships and maintaining regular communication to drive repeat business.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads, attending networking events, industry trade shows, and client meetings to promote the hotel’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to deliver seamless experiences for corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and hotel profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in corporate sales within the hotel or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of the Melbourne and interstate corporate markets.
  • A well-established network of corporate contacts, including key decision-makers in industries such as finance, legal, tech, and more.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts.
  • A strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
