Role Overview We’re seeking a Blockchain Developer passionate about building innovative solutions for real-world problems. You will be at the forefront of developing our blockchain-based platform and laying the groundwork for Pakistan’s First Digital Village , integrating advanced technologies like AI , IoT , and blockchain to create a scalable and transformative solution for property management and rural digitization. Responsibilities
- Blockchain Development :
- Build a blockchain-based property registry system for secure, tamper-proof ownership verification.
- Develop smart contracts for property transactions, leasing, and investment management, ensuring compliance with Islamic financial principles .
- Tokenize property assets for transparent and secure transactions.
- AI Integration :
- Incorporate AI-driven analytics for property valuation, portfolio insights, and investment optimization.
- Design AI models to provide actionable insights into market trends and local real estate opportunities.
- Digital Village Development :
- Design and implement blockchain solutions for smart infrastructure and rural property management.
- Build platforms to enable local businesses to digitize operations and connect to broader markets.
- Integrate IoT systems for smart utilities and resource optimization in the Digital Village.
- Collaborate on the development of a Unique Property Number (UPN) system to streamline property identification.
- Build APIs to connect blockchain, AI, and IoT systems with the platform’s frontend and backend components.
- Ensure the system complies with local regulations and sharia-compliant standards while maintaining scalability and security.
- Strong experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polygon .
- Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain architecture , consensus mechanisms, and tokenization.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to integrate AI models into blockchain platforms for data-driven decision-making.
- Frontend : Experience with modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
- Backend : Proficiency in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or similar backend technologies.
- Database Management : MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and blockchain system integration.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker or Kubernetes for seamless deployment.
- Familiarity with smart city concepts and IoT integration.
- Experience with DeFi protocols and property tokenization.
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s real estate laws and market dynamics.
- Prior work in rural development or PropTech solutions is a plus.
