Job Description - Sales Associate (SAL007089)Job Number:Sales Associate (SAL007089)ABOUT THE COMPANYAZADEA Group is a premier lifestyle retail company that owns and operates more than 40 leading international franchise concepts in fashion and accessories, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia and beauty and cosmetics across the Middle East and Africa spread across 13 countries overseeing more than 700 stores.JOB PURPOSEThe Sales Associate is responsible for providing customer service on the shop floor, addressing customer needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and achieve optimal sales outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIESGreet customers, offer assistance promptly, and serve them to ensure their needs are met in compliance with quality and customer service standards.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging in up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customers' requests.Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, maintaining accurate stock keeping to prevent security risks and thefts.
