About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our team as part of our Plantations Project. The Plantation Systems Project Manager will lead the implementation and integration of new systems to support plantation activities by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the project. The incumbent will work closely with many stakeholders including the project team, vendors, and employees to achieve all deliverables. This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 month) contract; part-time (up to 0.80FTE) may be considered for the right applicant. This role is based in our Hobart office (Bathurst Street), although some travel intrastate will be required. Desired Skills and Experience Importantly, as Plantation Systems Project Manager at STT you will :

• Be highly experienced in implementing software, systems, and technology.
• Hold recognised qualifications in Project Management or a related field.
• Have a demonstrated record in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver large-scale technology projects.
• Have highly developed communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation.

While not essential, knowledge of the forestry industry would be an advantage. What's on offer
