- Permanent Full Time position based at UniLodge Melbourne City, based in the CBD!

- Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program.
- Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
- Assist the GM and RLM in recruiting, training and management of the Residential Advisor team.
- Assist residents and staff with issues, ensure they are resolved, and follow up promptly with the responsible parties to ensure timely action and that commitments to internal or external customers are fulfilled.
- Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after hours when required.
- A background in residential life or event coordination will provide you with a good grounding for this role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Resilience and ability to work under high pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems.
- Someone who exercises a “we care” attitude.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost.
- Working with Children’s Check (VIC).
- Ability to commit to a 38-hour work week, across a Monday – Friday roster.
