5 days, Office Hour Good Career Exposure Competitive Remuneration Package As a Staff Nurse (Senior Day Care), you will be responsible for the following duties: Responsible for assessing the needs and delivery of quality geriatric and dementia nursing care to clients. Perform pre-assessment of new patients. Assessing and coordinating with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate clients' conditions. Monitor and assess clients' progression and implementing care plan. Providing health promotion and counseling to clients and families. Performing nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing. Overseeing and managing the performances of the nursing team or care staff. Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and plays an active role in emergency situations. Assist and support delivery of health promotion activities in the Centre. Participates in infection control campaign activities. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by Senior Nurse Manager. Participates in training and development of care staff. Other duties assigned by Senior Nurse Manager or Center In-Charge.
