We are seeking a Senior Finance Officer to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, including international standards and local regulations. The CFO will manage financial strategies, bank facilities, and advanced ERP systems, and work closely with the CEO to provide strategic advice.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.Compliance: Ensure adherence to international standards and local regulations, including VAT, ICT, and ICV.Financial Management: Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and manage bank facilities.Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for projects.ERP Systems: Utilize advanced ERP systems to enhance financial operations.Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, and advise the CEO on financial strategies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's in Finance or Accountancy; Master's and certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.Experience: 20+ years in finance with 10+ years in a senior role.Expertise: Knowledge of financial practices, standards, and regulations; experience with ERP systems and financial planning.
