The Administration Officer is responsible to oversee and manage the day-to-day office operations of the respective Division/Department, ensuring organizational efficiency and a conducive work environment. The role holder is responsible to streamline office processes, enhance communication, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Division/Department. The incumbent will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning, including administrative, clerical, and organizational duties.Desired Competencies:Excellent interpersonal skills, and persuasion skills.Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.Solid knowledge of Office procedures.Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Attention to detail in managing records, and documents.Should have accuracy in data entry.High level of responsiveness and agility.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.At least 2-3 years of experience in an Administrative Officer/Administrative Assistant or similar role.
