- Assist the Aotearoa Business Manager with the short, mid and long-term strategy to ensure B2B remains a growth driver for the business.
- Work closely with the NZ Leadership Team and the ANZ B2B teams to ensure consistency of Nespresso Professional.
- Manage stakeholders across NZ, ANZ and globally in a complex matrix organisation.
- Constantly look for ways to streamline end-to-end processes to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Maintain close relationships with international and market key accounts.
- Understand the competitor environment and possess the ability to foresee and react to market trends.
