As an HR Business Architect at SAP, you’ll play an essential role in bringing this transformation to life for our customers. You won’t just implement solutions; you’ll lead, influence, and guide companies in adopting leading practices and harmonizing global HR processes to drive real, lasting change. Expectations and Tasks - Strategic Alignment: Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP’s innovation strategy. - Leading Practices and Benchmarking: Utilize SAP’s leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions, setting the stage for impactful improvements. - Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements, providing customers with a framework to implement optimized processes confidently. - Employee-Centric Design: Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, creating positive interactions and fostering a meaningful employee experience at every stage. - Industry Insight: Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself — and SAP — as a go-to resource for industry expertise. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute to evolving SAP’s leading practices to keep pace with changing industry standards and ensure that SAP’s solutions remain highly relevant and effective. Education and Qualifications - Consulting Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits is preferred. - Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued. - HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises. - Consulting Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies. - Exceptional Communication: Cantonese and English speaking; clear, impactful communication skills are essential for this role; you should be able to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences and foster collaboration at all levels.
