As our Chief of Staff, supporting the Assurance and Tax Advisory divisions of 450 professionals, you’ll be a key leader in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting innovation. This role is an opportunity to make a transformative impact within a forward-thinking firm that values excellence, integrity, and collaboration. You’ll collaborate closely with senior partners, functional leaders, and department heads to shape the future of Assurance and Tax Advisory divisions, make strategic decisions, and ensure the division’s sustained growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth Development:

  • Work closely with the Head of Assurance and Head of Tax to develop and execute the division strategic roadmap.
  • Monitor and track the progress of departmental goals and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Operations and Workflow Management:
  • Lead and drive the operational strategy, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the division’s strategic objectives.
  • Identify improvements in current workflows and propose suggestions on new processes and systems.
  • Manage division meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Follow up with various leaders to ensure effective execution of plans.
Talent Management and Development:
  • Work with Talent Leader to address staffing needs to meet strategic objectives.
  • Support HR in talent acquisitions, talent onboarding process, performance review, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with HR to lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support managers and HR in resolving performance-related challenges and improving team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with L&D team on development vision for the division.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital transformation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, maintaining an environment that values forward-thinking solutions.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Maintain dashboards to track division performance and HR metrics.
  • Regularly report to the Head of Assurance and Head of Tax on strategic initiatives, risks, opportunities, and team health.
  • Use data-driven insights to shape decisions related to both operational and HR priorities.
Qualifications: At least 8 years in a senior operational or leadership role with relevant experiences in audit, financial services, and/or HR best practices. Proven track record of operational excellence, strategic planning, and financial management in a professional services setting. Strategic and operational leadership with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and performance. A collaborative and people-focused management style that fosters team success and a high-performance culture.
