Our key focal point is - always - the customer, and all of our business, from the store layout down to our services, is centered around the customer. With Kuwait as the company's launch pad, ABYAT is actively pursuing operations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. We are looking for an Executive Assistant, who will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  3. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
  4. Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
  5. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  6. Write emails, memos and letters
  7. Manage database entry and client files
  8. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  9. Organize and distribute messages to the managers
  10. Make and confirm travel arrangements
  11. Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
  12. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
  13. Undertake occasional receptionist duties if needed
Qualifications:
  1. Effective communication and inter-personal skills
  2. Excellent follow up skills
  3. Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
  4. Good analytical and reporting skills
  5. Problem-solving skills
  6. Able to demonstrate rational judgement, and identify key decision drivers
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
