About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Pre-Sales and Solution Architect Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and presenting innovative technology solutions, building strong customer relationships, and driving enterprise business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and design tailored technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical discussions and workshops to address customer challenges.
- Provide end-to-end solution architecture across various domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and data centers .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Act as the technical liaison between the sales team, partners, and customers.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions such as cloud computing , cybersecurity , data center technologies , and networking solutions .
- Proficiency in solution design, systems integration, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and industry certifications such as ITIL 4 , TOGAF , or AWS Solutions Architect .
- Pre-Sales Skills:
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with enterprise clients.
- Relationship Building:
- Established relationships with enterprise customers across industries in Kuwait, including finance , telecommunications , oil & gas , and government sectors .
- Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing enterprise accounts.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to manage complex technical challenges and provide clear recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a similar role in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise clients and delivering successful solutions.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, VMware , and AWS/Azure/Google Cloud .
- Experience in managing enterprise-level RFPs and bids.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect , Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect , Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) , or equivalent.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI , IoT , and blockchain solutions .
