People Profilers | AR Finance Executive (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities: Handle the full spectrum of AR function (billings, receipts, and collection) which includes intercompany billings and reconciliations. Review credit note requests, ensuring credit notes are duly approved and supported with necessary documents before issuance. Assess potential new customers' creditworthiness with proposed credit limit, conduct periodic credit reviews, and recommend appropriate action to minimize credit risk and perform credit and shipment holds. Produce timely debtors ageing reports and statements of accounts to ensure that Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are met. Collaborate with relevant parties (both internal and external) to resolve outstanding collection issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain Customer Master in ERP system. Generate and validate sales reports from business warehouse and reconcile to GL. Handle bank reconciliation and other bank-related matters. Manage Letter of Credit and bank documents. Assist in Intercompany AP invoice processing. Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, banks, and external auditors as required. Support month-end and year-end closing cycles. Assist with ad hoc duties/projects as requested. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline. Minimum 3 to 5 years of good working knowledge in Accounts Receivable in MNC. Matured with good business acumen. Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Familiarity with J.D. Edwards (JDE) ERP system preferred and good knowledge in finance processes and system interfaces.
