• Manage a Team of design and verification engineers. Your team develops IP’s and subsystems for automotive embedded power applications
• Lead the team and grow it further in size and competencies with respect to methodologies for design (digital, analog) and verification (functional, mixed signal)
• Be responsible for allocating resources to development projects and coordinating the team
• Be the interface to product development , application engineering and project management
• Be accountable together with the project manager & the R&D management in meeting quality, cost and deliverables for development projects
• Represent your group in cross site exchange in an international development organization

Your Profile You are an experienced R&D manager and ambitious leader. As a true team player you collaborate beyond borders and appreciate the contribution of others, demonstrating active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing. With your foresight, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. You know how to make use of your potential and You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field
• Professional experience in the semiconductor industry in relevant R&D departments ( Product Development , Verification or Chip Design)
• Several years of Experience in R&D management of small or medium size teams
• Good knowledge in your own technical area but also a strong focus on R&D management and leadership in recent years
• Excellent communication skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and divers environment
• Highly motivated with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
