What You'll Do: Planning and scheduling of gas meters replacement works in the districts, managing logistics and maintaining gas meters related inventory with proper documentation upkeep. Supervising of contractors on-site during gas meter replacements or maintenance works in the district / lab Executing of gas meter replacement and maintenance works e.g. commercial gas meter servicing Handling gas meters related enquiries and feedback from stakeholders and arranging re-appointments on/off-site to attend to such gas meters related issues. Liaising with stakeholders e.g. HDB, Town Council, Building management & SAC on gas meter related matters. Performing safety related tasks according to procedural safety requirements, including risk assessments and tool-box meetings. Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned. What You'll Need NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognised institutions Preferably have own mode of transport to use for work purposes Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a team-based setup and demonstrate strong teamwork Possess customer centric mindset as the works would involve multiple stakeholders. Must be able to work after office hours and on the weekends at times Fluent in English language (written and spoken) and is able to articulate ideas and instructions across in a clear and succinct manner to various stakeholders e.g. customers/contractors Must have good grasp of using Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel and would preferably possess experience in enterprise related applications and is comfortable to learn/use such applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
