Opening Positions: Senior/Customer Service Associate (Retail Associate) Supervisor Assistant Store Manager Store Manager Various Working Locations: Central, North, South, East, West About the Role: Provide excellent customer service Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general housekeeping Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales Develop strong connections with customers to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC Job Requirements: Local and PR candidates preferred. Past experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus. Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English. Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure. Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service. Willing to work according to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
