Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 05/07/2024We support the Kingdom's largest and most complex organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with a clear mission to support our customers to grow better, not just bigger, focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness.We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Sales Department, playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, or Data and Analytics.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team and contribute to their success by providing administrative support.Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.Order Processing and Documentation: Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accurate processing and documentation of sales transactions with the operations team.Sales Support Materials: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update sales support materials like brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, ensuring these materials are up to date and readily available for the sales team.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT field.Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales-related tools and technologies.Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet research.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.Personal Skills (MUST):High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently or in a team.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
