Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Head for Capex to oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Capex procurement, vendor management, and logistics, ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain processes to meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Procurement:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Capex requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and quality assurance.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct periodic reviews of supplier performance and compliance.
- Inventory and Logistics:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for Capex materials.
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Manage Capex budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and refine supply chain processes to increase efficiency.
- Leverage technology to streamline procurement and logistics operations.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities align with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–20 years of experience in supply chain and procurement, with at least 5 years in Capex procurement for hospitality, QSR, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
