Position: Sport Programme Manager ( Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies. Working days: Mon - Fri Working Hours: 930am - 6pm (On standby to acknowledge messages after working hours when necessary) Working location: Ubi Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 Job Responsibilities: Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults. Conduct regular venue visits/audits. Content creation for festive/thematic activities. Maintain close communication with stakeholders. Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success. Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes. Generate monthly report for stakeholders. Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Facil group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience.
