Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities Overall in charge of the operations of the assigned term contract undertaken by the Company. Build and maintain an effective operations team. Develop contract objectives by reviewing contract proposals and plans; conferring with management. Determine contract responsibilities by identifying contract phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors. Determine contract specifications by studying customer requirements and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. Determine contract schedule by studying contract plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing contract elements. Maintain contract schedule by monitoring contract progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Control contract plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Control contract costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts. Prepare contract status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Responsible for exploring, studying, pricing, and tendering of future project/maintenance term contracts to be undertaken by the company. Develop strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Any other duties in relation to the Company to be assigned from time to time. Required Skill(s) Min 2-3 years relevant experience in Maintenance term contract works. Project management, MS Office. Possess diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Possess good management and supervisory skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Proven track record in the Construction industry. Computer literate. Able to start work immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
