We are seeking a passionate Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator who will be connecting different marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs. This driven person will also need to manage relationships with Lazada and Shopee to learn about the latest tools and updates from the platforms. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to the Country Director of Malaysia. Responsibilities of an Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator include:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce sites on various marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok) and website (Shopify).
- Responsible for campaign turnover for Singapore.
- Assist with the organization and setup of trade-shows and pop-up stores in Malaysia.
- Manage product listings effectively and optimize existing product listings according to platform requirements.
- Manage and coordinate e-commerce campaigns by tracking activities between external stakeholders (including marketplace representatives) and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Ensure stock availability and accuracy across all platforms; coordinate logistics if required.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and develop online promotional activities for the website and marketplaces.
- Work closely with in-house designers to develop marketing materials.
- Responsible for UI/UX design aspects of the website and marketplaces.
- Prepare sales performance reports.
- Design, conceptualize and set up digital advertisements on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
- Proficient in Lazada, Shopee Seller Centre Portal (1 year of experience).
- Proficient in Shopify portal (1 year of experience).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferably in an e-commerce company.
- Ability to work during midnights/weekends due to campaign requirements.
- Thrives in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments; a hustler.
- A strong level of passion to thoroughly understand performance advertisement growth metrics.
