About the Role Jiemei (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive / Officer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and administrative functions to support the growth and success of our organisation. Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required).
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Take pro-active action to source candidates for interview, short-listing potential candidates and arranging job interviews, involve in interviewing staff.
  • Conduct Induction Program for new employees upon joining the Company, updated orientation material.
  • Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose annual training plan and training budget, keep track of department training progress.
  • Verify the system input for accuracy and completeness to ensure the monthly processing for payroll, incentive scheme, increment and bonuses are done promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and verify the salary discrepancy.
  • Updating employee handbook whenever necessary.
  • Ensure implementation of policy to achieve department's objectives.
  • Annual review on medical services and contracted services such as cleaners, security and take necessary actions to continuously upgrade and improve.
  • Ensure all employees are complying with Environmental, Safety Policy and Procedures under FMA, OSHA, EQA and continuously review the environmental, safety and health programs to ensure a safe, productive, and conducive working environment for all.
  • Adheres to and implements the documented procedures in the Quality and Environmental Management System.
