As a Retail Operation Manager, you will supervise retail outlets, personnel, sales, stock, customer support, and adherence to regulations. Propel operational efficiency and ensure customer contentment for optimal performance. They are looking for a Retail Operation Manager to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work in an esteemed team known for its diversity, excitement, and reputation! The Job: Oversee all facets of retail store operations, encompassing P&L, sales, inventory, budgeting, recruitment, performance management, and staff training. Ensure attainment of sales budgets, productivity goals, and profitability across all stores. Analyze daily operations and proactively recommend enhancements to staff productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and store profitability. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance departments, and management as required. Provide operational and standard practice guidance to store teams. Manage the opening of new stores, overseeing setup, design, and implementation, as well as store renovations. Safeguard the brand image and maintain consistent customer service standards across all stores. Participate in store visits to support retail activities and ensure smooth daily operations. Supervise off-site sale events to meet operational objectives. Counsel store managers on sales strategies, obstacle mitigation, morale enhancement, and adherence to company policies. Foster internal talent development and succession planning. Fulfill any additional duties as assigned. The Talent: Diploma or 'A' levels with a pass in English, or equivalent. Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Relevant experience in the retail sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Energetic, motivated, and with a positive outlook. Capable of leading and inspiring teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
