Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team. This role encompasses responsibilities in both Amazon marketing and WhatsApp marketing, requiring a versatile skill set to drive sales and brand visibility across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both Amazon and WhatsApp platforms to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and optimize conversions. 2. Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance optimization. 3. Utilize Amazon's advertising tools and analytics to conduct keyword research, optimize product listings, and monitor campaign performance metrics such as ACoS and ROAS. 4. Develop engaging content tailored for WhatsApp audiences, leveraging features such as broadcast messages, status updates, and multimedia content to drive engagement and interaction. 5. Segment and manage customer databases for targeted messaging and personalized communication on WhatsApp, ensuring compliance with platform policies and regulations. 6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for both Amazon and WhatsApp marketing initiatives, implementing A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, timing, and content. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, platform features, and best practices for both Amazon and WhatsApp marketing, driving innovation and competitive advantage. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 1 to 3 years experience required in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns and developing WhatsApp marketing strategies, with a track record of driving sales and ROI. 3. In-depth understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices, as well as WhatsApp's features, limitations, and best practices for business use. 4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics. 5. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content tailored for both Amazon and WhatsApp audiences. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 7.
